PLAY 4 HER: AIC SUMMER SHOWCASE

Inaugural Season – Summer 2026

Summer 2026 is your chance to be part of Play 4 Her: AIC Summer Showcase, Western Massachusetts’ premier girls flag football experience! This inaugural season brings female athletes together to compete, grow, and showcase their skills on a collegiate campus.

Designed for girls ages 9–17, this program provides a competitive and empowering environment where athletes can build confidence, develop football IQ, and be part of the fastest-growing sport in the country.

Whether you're new to the game or already dominating the field, Play 4 Her is where girls come to compete.

Game & Practice Location

American International College

1000 State Street

Springfield, MA 01109

All games and practices will be hosted at American International College.

Practices will be held one hour prior to games each Sunday morning beginning at 10:00 AM.

Season Dates

Season Schedule

June 14, 2026 – July 26, 2026

Weekly Sunday games with playoffs and championships.

Championship Day:

July 26, 2026

This inaugural showcase season will feature competitive matchups, player development, and championship competition on a collegiate field.

Registration includes participation in the Play 4 Her: AIC Summer Showcase Inaugural Season.

Age Divisions (Girls League)

Pro Division

Ages 9–11

Game Rules

Games will follow NFL FLAG–style rules, emphasizing safety, skill development, and competitive play.

Event Admission

General admission for spectators:

$7 per person

Children under 17 enter free.

Concessions may be available at select events.

PROGRAM POLICIES

Please read before registering your athlete.

Field Location Policy

To provide the best experience for all players, Play 4 Her Sports reserves the right to change field locations for practices or games if necessary. Changes may occur due to scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, or operational considerations.

Families will be notified promptly of any updates.

Player / Parent / Coach Policy – Zero Tolerance

Play 4 Her Sports maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior by players, parents/guardians, or coaches.

Any form of:

• Verbal abuse

• Unsportsmanlike conduct

• Harassment

• Disrespect toward officials, players, or spectators

will not be tolerated.

Violations may result in:

• Removal from the event

• Suspension

• Dismissal from the league

We thank all participants and families for promoting a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for girls in football.

REFUND & NON-REFUND POLICY

All registration donations and event fees are non-refundable.

Credits toward a future Play 4 Her or Western Mass Youth Sports session in 2026 may be issued at the league’s discretion for extraordinary circumstances such as:

• Injury

• Illness

• League-wide cancellations due to public health emergencies

No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Credits are valid only for the registering player and cannot be transferred to another athlete.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

League administration has full authority to cancel or postpone clinics, practices, and games.

Coaches, parents, or school officials do not have authority to override league decisions.

Activities are automatically cancelled for severe weather warnings. Severe weather watches are at the discretion of league administrators.

Communication:

Parents and teams will be notified through coaches and league communication channels.

Make-Up Activities:

Extra practices may be scheduled at the coach’s discretion. Make-up games are not mandatory but will be considered when possible.
